Description: Gold Intaglio Cameo Pocket Watch Powder Compact Ornate Rope Chain 28” Vtg Lovely ornate gold tone Gemini pocket watch style powder compact with gold glass intaglio. It comes on a heavy twisted rope chain. Compact was made by or for Max Factor in or about 1950s. It is pre-owned, in excellent vintage condition. However, spring ring clasp and clasp ring are brass or brass plate and tarnished. They may be old vintage replacements. The translucent press powder appears not to have been used. It has its original plastic overlay cover. Cover has a couple folds to it. The powder surface looks smooth and unused. The powder puff does have some light powder on it. It comes with the long twisted gold rope 30” chain shown. It is in excellent vintage condition. If giving as a gift you may want to add a new powder puff and or powder puff refill. The powder is removable and / or refillable. It could also be used as a locket for photos or keepsakes if desired instead of powder. It is ready to wear or gift wrap. See photos for full description.
