This wonderful vase has a beautiful depth of color in the dark red glass body and vibrant colors in the design. The vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Signed "David Lotton, Leaf & Vine" and dated "1991" on base. Measures 5 1/4" tall with a top diameter of 4 1/4", maximum width is 5 1/4" and the base is 2" in diameter. Weighs 1.10 pounds. This vase was made by David Lotton, the eldest son of Charles Lotton who is one of the most famous and desirable American Glass artists of the 20th Century. His sons have worked with him from a very young age. All Lotton Art Glass original designs are highly collected today.
