Description: Absolutely no smoke or musty smells. 218 numbered pages. Measures 9 1/4 x 6 1/4". Dust jacket has some scuffs and impressions but overall good condition. Minimal DJ edge wear. I picked this up second hand so it was not inscribed to me. Picture 14 of the inscription...the end of the z to the far right of the page....it is a pretty hard impression and there is actually a hole though the page from it. I believe that it is because he was using the inside of the front cover to back up his writing (can see impression on inside of jacket flap) and the end of the z would have been in the gutter where there is no backing so the pen went through. Book is in very good condition. I fanned through the pages and find no writing or rips. No stains. No bent or turned over edges. No foxing. Pages firm to the binding. Will only ship international through e-bay international shipping. Shipped well packed in cardboard box. I charge the exact price that I pay for shipping.
