Description: This is a rough unpolished Green Jasper with a lot going on. The surface is rough with quartz, what I think is serpentine, even a touch of red jasper. Some of the fracturing looks like that of Chert but I'm not positive. I found it along the river in Oregon. I have washed it with a mild soap and toothbrush. This specimen measures approximately 3 x 2.5 x 2 inches. It shows ware but I hope the inside will make nice cabs. I almost didn't pick it up because it looks so rough on the surface but I wet it just to get a better look and was very surprised. Please contact me if you have any questions about this stone.
