I have a real brick and mortar warehouse, and a real reputation established. I have toured hundreds of carving factories and personally met the owners of these factories. I have formed relationships with the BEST OF THE BEST and the consistent quality that we obtain is a reflection of this. All of the carving is done by a group of Master Carvers that I have been working with for a long time, and they clearly understand that future business is dependent on consistent quality. I have worked with some of the top Interior Designers and Architects in the United States and have a 100% satisfaction history with my clients. Many of the stock pictures that you see on ebay auctions today are actually pictures of products that WE produced over the years, but others have found necessary to place on their web sites. I am very good at what I do, and it is very important to me that my clients are thrilled with the final result. In recent times, I established a system that allows me to dependably import and ship products directly to any customer in the USA. When special orders are in progress, I send progress pictures to my clients for approval, and when the product is completed, I send final pictures. NOTHING, gets crated up until my client gives final approval. I work my tail off to keep my clients in the loop. For nearly 21 years we had products shipped to our warehouse and then we set the products up for pictures. Once a product was sold, we would completely re-crate the product for shipment. This added considerable cost to the product. Times have changed. So we have established an Order Process and Crating System that can withstand direct shipments to the customer. It is common knowledge in the import/export business that crating procedures for shipping products inside of a sea container are NOT suitable for US highway shipments. If you have never had any experience with this, I implore you to give me a call. With literally hundreds of shipments under my belt I have learned what works, and what does not work.
