Some stains to the covers and scuffing marks, plus dogears to the book cover corners. There is some wear to the external spine. Inside title page and Author photo page were printed off center by the printer. Also light water stain to the right of the first few pages. Printed in USA. This is the 14th Printing of the 24th Edition. Date printed was July 1955. The Publishers forward is printed way off center as well (Some parts not readable).Preface of book was printed off center as well. The inner pages look in good shape, and printed properly by the printer of the book. Book has many black and white pictures. A few pages have gentle wear, and a couple have some small rips that I noticed. There are 937 pages to this book, size is appx. 6" by 9 1/4" by 2". Being sold "as is".
