This lapping arbor wrench is for the crankcase main bearing lap I have for sale here, and the connecting rod lapping arbor 11944-x / 96740-17 (I just sold 2 of these; I found the arbor wrench in a different toolbox after selling them). Up For Sale HERE is a vintage used Harley Davidson 42 WLA flathead Crankcase Main Bearing Lap, "new" part no. 96710-40 / "old" part no. 11954-40, in good used condition. The first six photos show the tool for sale here. The last pic shows this tool in a special tools catalog. In that regard look closely at the special tools catalog because one piece shown is missing (its lightly circled in pencil and I believe it would facilitate this tool for use with big twin bikes). This is a fairly large and heavy tool set, weighing almost 6 pounds, and it is shown in many vintage HD special tools catalogs. This is a "buy it now" or make an offer listing; the asking price reflects uncertainty and rarity because this item is not bought and sold too often. This wrench was obtained in a pile of NOS tools from a Canadian Military Storage Depot, but it shows some age from bulk storage so I will sell it as "used" condition.
