It was hand painted/finished by local craftsmen in the Cotswold area of England.Harmony Kingdom description:"Peter offers his take about the upcoming U.S. election in a very visual way! Among other things, the Elephant carries the keys to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, while the Donkey displays his 3 Purple Hearts and a Gold and Silver Star. And interestingly, both have the Playboy Bunny tatooed on their behinds, along the number 9 -- because both candidates are 9th cousins of Hugh Hefner!
