It will need to be cleaned, serviced and oiled before use. The bushings might be ok. The springs might be ok. The floating balance tested good. It is marked 71, Franz Hermle, and two (2) jewels Unadjusted, Made in West Germany. It is also marked 130-020. The plates measures about 3-9/16" in diameter. The distance between plates is about 1-1/8". The center to center distance between winding arbors is about 1-15/16". The center to center distance between winding arbors and hand arbor is about 1-3/16". Sold as is. Please view pictures.
