They are shiny and they are speckled. *I found little sign of use and no damage. The cups are 2 3/8" tall and 3 7/8" across the rim. The small individual creamer is 2 5/8" tall and 3 1/8" from spout to handle. It's a great set!! <> I am only charging for shipping and insurance costs. If the cost is less, I will refund the difference over $1.. All packaging material is on me. I will wrap the plates in bubble and place in a sturdy box with padding around the outside of the box.
