You MiniMax heater will indicate when it is time to replace the High Limit Switch when the “SERVICE” LED is displayed. It also may be time to replace your MiniMax High Limit Switch if all 3 lights on the back of the control board are on and one or both of the switches shows an open circuit (given proper water flow through the heater).
