Overall i feel that this is one high quality HMB based supplement in an easy to consume high dosed capsule form from olimp nutrition that i recommend adding into any intense fat loss phase to improve muscle retention whilst allowing for unwanted body fat stores to be burned off as the desired fuel source, i feel this can even be used to improve recovery and support gains in lean muscle mass when bulking but recommend taking this in combination with a decent BCAA based supplement and creatine which i feel work awesome in combination with HMB to provide more of an increase in muscle size and strength. - HMB.
