This engine is complete with the factory horn, bell and couplers (many times the bell and horn have been broken off). I cleaned the wheels, replaced a missing traction tire (clear) and lubricated the gears. It runs well in both directions. While this engine does not come in a factory box, it will be well packaged for shipping. I ship everything via USPS Priority Mail and combine shipping on multiple purchases.
