If delivering to a place of business, the business must be open and staffed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. If delivering to a residence the trucking company will make a delivery appointment. If the business is not open at the time of delivery, or if a delivery appointment is missed, then you will be responsible for a redelivery fee.
