Description: Nice unpunched carded Hot Wheels Flip Outs 1985 Flipper Snapper #2281. The card is in good shape there is a bend top left and dog ear top right front and the right side of the card is wavy. The bottom has bends in both corners. The blister is clear and solid. It is starting to pull the paper from the cardboard on the inside of the blister but it is fully attached all around the outside.
