A no doubt very scarce promotional item given away by this hotel to its guests. Publisher's pictorial color lithographed card stock paper wrappers. Booklet is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition. Binding gently age worn, some small chipping to corners or along spine (nothing severe), remains overall clean and attractive as an object. Text block paper is gently toned, internally still well preserved, tight, sound. Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive. Please review photos for more detail showing how this antique book survives. The asking price reflects the condition based on our examination and 35+ years full time exposure to antiquarian books.
