Description: ICOM IC-M3A VHF MARINE TRANSCEIVER For sale is the handheld unit with antenna and battery only. I tried using a universal charger and when plugged in the unit powers up and displays channel 1 and battery indicator flashes. The buttons are unresponsive and it does not appear to take a charge after several hours. I guessing the battery is bad. Selling "as-is" for parts or repair. Includes FA-SC54V antenna.
