Description: WWI US M1917 Helmet, once belonged to Bugler George MATHAS, ASN. 1830843, of the Coy I, 320th Infantry Regiment, 80th Blue Ridge Division according to the painted Insignias on the sides of the Helmet. The insignia was painted in March 1919 when Gen. Pershing inspected the 80th Division at Ancy-le-Franc. Chinstrap is missing and liner is loose. Helmet lot number ZC 66. See pictures for condition.
