This mark used 1908-1926 Maker initials "ИЕЗ" (IEZ) between two circle marks for Израиль Есеевич Заходер, (English - Israel Yeseevich Zakhoder) Zakhoder's marks you may see with Kiev and Moscow assayers. Marks are crisp and clear.
