There are no scratches or chips to the stone. It can be adjustable in size as it has an open shank but is a size 6 presently shown on ring mandrel. Open part of shank slightly bent easy fix; photo #7 & 8 and does not effect wear. Signed on the back best seen in pic #7. Has patina from age. Measures: 2" long and 1" wide as shown with ruler.
