Description: Pretty vintage Japanese musical porcelain teapot set. The teapot has a wind-up musical mechanism on the bottom that plays the song "Tea For Two". The matching creamer and lidded sugar bowl are included. All three pieces have an iridescent lustre glaze in a creamy color with shimmery undertones. The primary color is a cherry red with gold colored accents in an Asian scroll design. The creamer has a bit of a lighter coloring which may be fading from its vintage age. Condition is great pre-owned on all three with no cracks or crazing.. There is a small chip on the edge of the teapot spout and the gold gilt is rubbed off in a spot on the creamer. (See last 2 photos). Does not include original box or tags. Please see all photos as they are an important part of the description, show measurements and any imperfections. As always, If you have any questions, please message prior to purchase.
