I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This copy is in very good to great condition, with a solid spine, clean edges, an great hardcover and excellent inside pages (photo#12 example). It has few and lesser signs of external wear. **Photo#3:-Spine edge: Very light scratch towards lower corner. **Photo#4: -Upper spine corner: Minimal wear. **Photo#5: -Lower spine corner: Very light bending. Tiny ding where it meets front cover, small ding/indent around where it meets back cover (photo#11 w/illumination). **Photo#6: -Front cover top edge: Little if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Minuscule scuff. **Photo#7:-Front cover bottom edge: Little if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Tiny ding/light indent around corner. **Photo#8: -Back cover top edge: Little if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Minimal wear. **Photo#9:-Back cover bottom edge: Little if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Tiny ding/very light indent around corner. **Additionally: Back cover has a ~1/2" indent/depression towards its upper half. A few light/small scratches around the bottom outer corner (photo#10), very light ~2.5" vertical scratch/scuff towards spine edge (photo#11 w/illumination). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I both buy to read as well as sell TPBs on here, so I understand how aggravating it is to receive a comic damaged in transit.
