Karpiel Disco Volante Downhill Bike Project Medium 17.5

Description: Karpiel disco volante medium frame and Romic rear shock. Off the bat the rear deraileur hanger is stripped. It comes with a replacement repair nut that you have to drill out the old threads and insert the repair nut . The frame was powder coated blue but the color didn’t turn out great and you can see little blemishes in the sun light along with scratches from storage . Has Romic shock that needs a rebuild. The fork is a marzocchi shiver that has scuffs and scrapes and needs a rebuild. Note. Back lower portion of the top crown is dented and looks to have hammer marks . Still functional , just esthetic The wheels . Mavic d321 front wheel laced to a sette 20mm front hub and a hope rotor . The rear rim is just the matching mavic 321 hoop which comes with a Shimano Xt rear hub and hope rotor ( rear wheel needs to be built ) no spokes or nipples The brakes . Hope dh 4 piston brakes front and rear. Both need to be bled and rebuilt. Rear comes with new pads installed Bar / stem Azonic downhill / freeride Cranks are raceface north shore dh 170mm 5 bolt with mr dirt chain guide and Easton dh platform pedals ( one pedal has a broken/ missing end cap ) Seat / post. Titec ithys dh saddle with Thomson USA made seat post . Salsa seat clamp Shifter / rear derailer. Shimano lx 9 speed shifter and Xt 9 speed rear D . May need replacement pulleys . Can include brand new cut to length black shifter cable housing Bike still needs some parts to be finished along with the rear wheel built but it’s 90 percent there. FREE SHIPPING!
