Keystone Stereoview Aerial View of National Cathedrals From 1200 Card Set # 7 A

Description: This is an excellent Stereo card of the National Cathedrals of Saint Peter and Saint Paul as seen from an airplane. It is from a Keystone “Tour of the World” 1200 card set from the 1930's. The card is titled "The National Cathedral of St. Peter and St. Paul as Viewed from an Airplane, Washington, D. C." and is numbered 7 with a Keystone negative number of 34082. This card was included in the Rare 1200 card set, but not the more common 600, 300, or 100 card sets so it is much harder to find than the more common cards that were included in these smaller sets. This card is in excellent to near mint condition and measures 3 1/2" by 7”. The back of the card is printed with information about the subject. When looked at through a stereo viewer they give a three-dimensional image. Most popular from 1854 to 1938, they were produced in vast quantities, and many are of historical interest.
