Description: Nothing on this one not to like. Just looking at it brings joy and pleasure. About the ultimate in clip points and when they say point, they mean it. Just a unique and handsome very well-made knife that functions perfectly. I'm fairly new to Kizer but have been stunned by all I get. Almost clock-like precision and smoothness and every one including this one is keyed in perfectly right out of the box with no break in needed. Flips open to a full and solid lockup every time and drops closed to a very nice detent that safely keeps it closed. It has both the flipping stud and thumb studs and they both work equally well. Premium 690 steel blade that pivots on bearings making the flipping action very snappy. You would almost think it is assisted in some way. You have to work really hard to make it not flip out to full lockup. Fun to fidget with. Lockup is solid in every direction with no blade play at all. Action is drop close smooth right out of the box. Blade centering is perfect. Stay closed detent passes the shake test and you will have no accidental deployment. You get a fairly deep carry pocket clip and the G10 is easy on the pocket. It is not a small knife at 7+ inches but the design is compact and light at 3.57 ounces. It carries nice. Not bad to have if you have into venture into dark alleys on occasion and that clip point blade in reverse grip gives me the shudders just looking at it. Blade can definitely be used for everyday carry as the grip gets you up close and in control of the blade, but it might not be the knife you want to pull out in the office. In a bad situation and with a reverse grip it would almost function like a karambit. Flat grind and very nice edge from the factory just shy of scary sharp make it quite the blade. Its compact, ergonomic handle of highly textured G10 provides a solid grip under adverse conditions and is fully flow-through with standoffs for easy cleaning. The deep carry pocket clip is reversible for left or right-hand carry and it allows just a fraction of the knife to show outside the pocket. The jimped thumb ramp is one of our favorite features as it performs extremely well without being uncomfortable in any way. The sweeping Bowie blade of N690 stainless steel is the star of the show, giving you a great deal of belly and an extra-pointy tip. The dual thumb studs are perfectly placed for easy flicking and a lanyard hole on the butt end completes the package.
