Description: You are bidding on a vintage Eastman Kodak No 1 Pocket Kodak Junior - Model B camera with green details. This is a remarkable piece of photographic history that combines vintage charm with exceptional functionality. This classic folding camera is a testament to the craftsmanship of Eastman Kodak for their innovative and reliable cameras. The No. 1 Pocket Kodak Junior was manufactured from 1926 to 1932. It was fitted with a Meniscus Achromatic lens and Kodo shutter providing time and instantaneous exposures. Constructed with a strong aluminum body and covered with a durable material. The metal parts were finished in nickel or were color enamel to match the outside color of the covering. Features included a matching color bellows, auto-graphic feature, reversible brilliant finder, and a tripod socket. I believe the format is 2-1/4"x3-1/4" (not certain). The camera is in very good condition. Shutter tested - "T" for time works as it should and "I" for set time - currently is functioning as it should but sometimes humidity can cause a bit of stickiness. If I were to clean this, I would take the shutter off and front/rear elements off and spray with a contact cleaner (the electrical grade). Aperture is set by a dial from numbers 1 through 4. Lens is clean. I didn't notice any light leaks with the bellows which is in great shape (when opening/closing). Back cover area is clean as it should be. Camera comes with original take up spool. Clean throughout and in good visual inspection. Note, last image with pencil pointer shows lever to depress (right & left side) to close bellows and camera. The photos were taken with brighter light to show-case the "green" color. The actual color is a bit darker green. Sold untested with roll film.
