They are new (old stock) and unused, but as you can see in the photos, there is some oxidation due to their age. They should still work very well for your projects. I did notice that at least 1 of the aluminum tubes has a couple of dents, and another is just a bit shorter than the rest. Some of the aluminum tubes have tiny holes at one end.
