If you don't want to dis-assemble and re-assemble the shoulders, this is the best way for you:Just rotate the back of the shoulder to the front, then it's fixed! The problem is: there will be a screw hole on each shoulder after the rotations. You can use the screw covers to cover the holes. For the filler usage, please see the figures.
