DISCLAIMER: All of the LEGO sets I sell (and will be selling) that are in "new" condition does not mean the original LEGO box it comes in will be in absolute pristine, immaculate and/or mint condition. What it DOES mean is the LEGO sets will always come complete, sealed, and in its original box. In general, the box will be in great shape. I do not intend to sell any new LEGO items in poor condition. And if there are any glaring blemishes, I will do my best to point them out in the photos. However, if you are looking for LEGO sets that are mint because you are a collector, and need them in pristine condition, please look elsewhere. Do not rely on my photos to determine mint condition. I cannot be held responsible for what might be considered mint condition versus what is good condition. If you decide to purchase a LEGO item I sell, expect it to be in good condition. And if it happens to be in mint condition when you receive it, then that's great! Having said that, I do my best to take steps in mitigating damage, shelf wear, etc. Such as after I take the photos for my listings, I shrink wrap the sets, and store them in a temperature controlled and smoke-free environment. This will prevent the boxes from being damaged by water, dust, etc. I also cannot be held responsible for missing bricks and/or missing stickers and/or missing documentation. If any of the sets I sell happen to be missing anything, it is because LEGO had mistakenly excluded these missing items before they sealed the box. Again, all of the "new" condition LEGO sets I sell come originally sealed from the manufacturer, and have never been opened. If you purchase a LEGO set of mine, and you find that one or more items are missing, please contact LEGO and they should be able to send you your missing items.
