Leica M4-2 Rangefinder Black Camera Body

Description: Up for sale is my M4-2 in solid working condition. I’ve put three rolls through it and it is producing perfect negatives but it would probably benefit from a CLA at some point. No haze, fungus or dust in the viewfinder. Frame spacing is consistent, advance is smooth, shutter speeds all seem accurate to me, no shutter capping at high speeds. Cosmetically it’s in great shape, just is missing the leatherette on the rear door. Only issues I’ve noticed in use are that the Rangefinder patch is just a hair vertically misaligned (barely noticeable and shouldn’t impact the ability to hit focus) and the frameline selector lever isn’t as snappy as it should be but still works and pulls up the correct framelines. Both of these issues would be fixed in a routine CLA ($230ish from YYE or $300 for expedited service). Overall it’s a very solid camera that can be used as is but is priced to account for an eventual CLA. Please feel free to message me with any questions, happy to help or send more pics if need be!
