The handrails on the Model Power house were glued on a bit wonky. It appears that two other hand rail pieces are missing (See picture #15-19). The Life-Like house is in very good condition. No issues noted on it. The houses have been painted / weathered; giving them a more authentic look. There are no original boxes to these items. This is Life-Like model kit #7432 and Model Power model kit #1513. Due to the items being preowned, they are being sold "AS IS". Returns will not be accepted on this item. Photos have been provided for your reference. Ask any questions PRIOR to making your purchase. Shipping - Item will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx; whichever is cheapest for me.
