Lionel #6374 Postwar Alco C&NW Diesel and complete O /O27 Freight Train Set

Description: Lionel #6374 Postwar Alco C&NW Diesel and complete O /O27 Freight Train Set __________________________________________________ This is a used Lionel postwar #6374 Alco C&NW diesel locomotive and complete 027 freight train set. It is a complete train set and is in excellent condition,however, I do not have a set box. This set is made up of postwar components but some of the items are modern era. Included in this sale are the following: 1 - Lionel #6374 Alco C&NW diesel locomotive, with a powerful AC Pullmor motor, working headlight and lens, decorative bell and a2 position e unit that allows it to run in forward and reverse directions controlled from the transformer. This locomotive had been repainted before I bought it so I don't know what the original model number was, but I believe it was built in the 1960's 1 - Lionel #9085 Conrail 8 wheel boxcar. This 9085 was built in January of 1979. 1 - Lionel #9026 8 wheel Republic Steel flatcar with a removable Matchbox type automobile, held in place with a rubber band. The 9026 was built from 1975 thru 1982. 1 - Lionel unnumbered C&NW 8 wheel SP style caboose. This is a post war caboose that was built between 1945 and 1969. 1 - Lionel Type 4150, 7.5 VA transformer with a speed control, a push to reverse terminal, a 110 volt power cord and a 2 conductor track power cable with a Lionel track power connector for connection to the track. The 4150 was built from 1972 to 1973 and again from 1975 thru 1977. 8 - O27 gauge curved track sections.4 - O27 gauge straight track sections. 1 - Standard operating instruction booklet 1 - Track polishing pad I completely assembled the set and tested everything. All parts of the train are in very good condition and it operates perfectly, especially since the components are from about 40 to about 70 years old, however, there is some minor playwear and the locomotive has been repainted and subsequently touched up. The track does have some light rust and tarnish. I lightly cleaned them, made sure each track has 3 pins and the train runs great on these tracks. Overall, this is a great train set and is ready to set up and play with. I do not have any manuals for this set, the Operating instruction booklet I am including is simply basic operating instructions and tips. Shipping charge will be the actual cost to your zip code.
