I am giving it that rating as there are really no signs of wear, there maybe some slight signs of “Surface Scratches” and/or “Surface Scuffs”, but I really don’t see any. If there is I do not believe they will effect the playing of the album.This will be packaged securely to prevent it from receiving any damage in transit....
