Description: Up for purchase is a lot of 5 antique Victorian and/or vintage framed fashion prints, ready for you to hang on your wall. Print #1 is an original September 1862 print that's been cut and shaped, then glued to a modern Hallmark brand plaque. It features a woman in a full pink dress, a woman in white, and part of a man in the background. There are minor splits and folds in the print paper. The plaque measures 8.5 inches long by 6.25 inches wide, and has a hanger on the top. Print #2 is a La Mode Illustree print from around the 1850s featuring four young ladies in elaborately flounced gowns. I believe this print to be an original. The oval frame has some chips and wear, and measures 9 inches long by 7 inches wide. The back of the frame has a hook for hanging and the backboard is held on with 5 nails. Print #3 pictures two 1860s women, one holding a parasol. Looking closely at the print, I believe it is a reproduction, not an original. The frame, which hangs by a wire in back, measures 7 inches long by 7 inches wide. There is what appears to be water damage on the upper left side of the back. There is also some wear to the frame. Print #4: This Magasin Des Demoiselles French fashion print appears original. It features two 1860s women and a girl. The chipped and worn oval frame measures 11 inches long by 9 inches wide. The backing has some water damage. The frame hangs from a hook on top. Print #5, the largest of the prints, features two women in circa 1870s gowns. The print appears original. There is an artist's signature and some very small print at the bottom that I cannot read. The elaborately-figured bronze-toned frame has a bow on top and measures 11.5 inches long (excluding the bow) by 9.5 inches wide. The backing is held on by black tape. There is a hook for hanging.
