The ones I opened all matched up with the part numbers indicated on the boxes, and they all appeared to be NOS (New Old Stock). However, I didn't open them all, so you may find a couple mismatches. I took pictures of random tubes in the lot and these tubes seem to all be in nice condition, but none of them have been tested and they are selling "as-is".
