Louis XIV Original Engraving 1860’s By Perine

Description: Original Louis XIV engraving by Perine , NY. It was made in the 1860’s and is over 150 year old. Louis XIV or Louis the great was King of France from 1643 to 1715. Condition: No foxing a little toning on edges but with acid free mat you wont see. Great picture which would nice in a black frame. Size: 12 by 9 1/2 inches. The actual picture without the writing is 5 by 6 1/2 approximately Great piece of history. We bought about 200 engravings from a collector in Pennsylvania. Thought we were going to open a print shop when we retired but that is not happening. A lot of smaller size engravings are out there. This is bigger not from a small book. There are also copies or photos out there this is an original engraving. These engravings are in a lot of museum collections if you google.
