There are a lot of minor scratches on the LCD screen shield, but your can still see the readout just fine, some dirt and dust blemishes, and minor abrasions and mars on the outer casing. the black rubber protective case shows some scoffs and dirt, as well. In fine working order and coming with a pair of newer Snap-On leads, the EM710 is perfect for basic tasks that require multimeter, but also has RPM and Dwell functions for automotive use, as well as temperature sensitivity (thermometer lead not included). This multimeter feature changeable ranges, AC/Dc voltage, homage, amperage, temperature, DWL, Continuity, IP & IG RPM, Dwell, and more.
