Description: Vintage MacGregor Byron Nelson Persimmon Wood Set 1,2,3,4 with red knitted headcovers which read "Golden Hills Country Club" The clubs are dated around 1940's to 1950's Rec No 259TW The condition is very good. They appear to have been refinished by a professional. The original steel shafts are the True Temper Step-Downs and appears to be stiff. The one and two woods need new whipping. (see pictures) The grips are the Swing Rite. A beautiful vintage set. Thank you.
