Description: This is such a charming doll, with high ringlets, a sweet sweater, a corduroy dress with an embroidered bear decoration, and she is holding her favorite stuffed bear. Both the doll and the bear are jointed, and while he is currently tied to her wrist, as he was packaged, he can easily be separated for display, either sitting or standing. When I purchased this doll, the stand was not there, but I recently purchased a few (post photos), and will include one when I ship it. She would be a wonderful gift, or addition to a collection. Note that Madame Alexander made another version of this doll, #32161, so either the same year or the following year. The primary difference appears to be hair color, and the color of the clothes. She is in excellent, like new condition. She was displayed for some period of time in an immaculate, smoke free home, but appears to have spent more of her time in the box. She is a sleepy eyed doll, and the eyes open and close correctly, as seen in the photos. The joints move easily but are not loose. The last photo, which shows the underside of the dress also shows the back side of the embroidered bear decoration - that is not a spot. :) Please do use photos for condition reference, and as part of the overall item description.
