Description: here we have a nice Manfrotto Bogen 3130 Fluid Head Made In Italy, Most likely used more for video. cosmetically good condition, a few scratches here and there, has quick releaes plate, everything seems to work.. We are not sure but we think there is a tension know missing at the main head connection area ( see photos), from what we can tell they are available on certain websites for Manfrotto parts.. please see photos to determine your own opinion of condition prior to purchasing...
