I also have a lock out unit connecting to this main unit in another listing. Both the lock out unit and the main unit have large whirlpool tubs and large bathrooms and nice king sized beds. You will be dealing directly with me and there will be no extra charges or fees.There is a required $250 fully refundable deposit required that is included in this listing price. Meaning that you follow the simple rules listed below and obviously don’t leave the place trashed in any way, you will recieve your $250 deposit within two weeks of your stay.This listing is for the Main 1 bedroom unit for three nights 4/21/25 through 4/24/2025. This unit has its own FULL KITCHEN with everything you need (silverware, plate ware, glassware, pots, pans, microwave, oven, blender, coffee maker, cups and just about anything you will need, A large living room area a large sectional couch with pull out bed, large flat screen TV, fireplace, phone, music player, air conditioning, private patio, nice king sized bed, and free internet access. It can sleep up to 6 people in this unit (4 in the beds, and 2 more on the couches). It also has a large dining room area with a large table and chairs. The unit also has a large private bedroom with its own patio and door.On the property you have free access to all pools (several of them), several BBQ that you can do your own cooking on, a nice gym, poolside bars. Golf Course and Tennis courts are also available for an extra fee and require reservations. There is plenty of free parking and a good amount of covered parking as well. The facility is right next to the Marriot itself and close to the Coachella music festival and downtown Palm Springs. This is an absolutely beautiful luxurious property central to everything. This is also a concierge available in the main lobby for any help you may need with things to do in the area. There is a small snack and nick-knack store and a sandwich shop with a patio on property. There are grocery stores and great restaurants just a 5 minute drive away.Rules:There is NO housekeeping during your stay although you are welcome to request new towels. There is also towels available poolside. If you desire to have your room made up and cleaned every day there is an extra charge for that. Please leave the room clean (no need to make beds) just tidy up please, and take out your trash upon leaving. There are plenty of dumpsters around for disposal. FOR THE MAIN UNIT Only-not the studio unit) I ask that you please put any dirty dishes in the dish washer, run it, and return them to where you found them as best you can.There are absolutely NO pets of any kind allowed. Smoking is only allowed in limited areas. Absolutely no smoking of anything, inside/patio/around this unit or you will forfeit your fully refundable $250 deposit.The fine print:There are upper and lower units and I cannot guarantee which one you will be assigned. If you have a preference or special needs please let me know ASAP and I will do my best to accommodate them.You will be fully financially responsible for any damage to the unit or property.I am NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items including in your vehicle.
