Simply cut off the original plastic Pitot Tube and drill a hole in the remaining plastic part and insert the metal Pitot Tube using Cyanoacrylate adhesive. "Streamline" type Pitot Tube was mostly used in US Navy Early WWII fighters. For example, it was used on: F-2A Buffalo, F4F-3 Wildcat and many more.
