It grows similar to a fern with its leaves all coming from the center and gets many stalks with white fragrant flowers that shoot up, especially in its second and beyond years. Plants like to have plenty of water. Meadowsweet is used as a pain reliever and an anti-inflammatory. It is a source of salicylic acid. It likes sun but will tolerate some shade. Barely cover the seeds and keep moist until germination which can take up to 6 weeks as they are slow germinators. Space plants about 2 feet apart. 50 seeds per pkt.
