The medal is made in metal silvered, with old patina, in the middle red star made in hot enameled, the medal is in very good condition with some time's mark with old original ribbon, in good condition with time's mark. The medal provided with mini ribbon bar, in very good condition and licence, number 397, awarded to the Romanian officer Lt. Colonel, name Braha Scarlat Eugen, on October 1, 1953.
