Description: Listed here is a USED Bravo Transom Assembly Bell Housing. This is a Genuine OEM Mercruiser part NOT a cheap Chinese aftermarket replacement. Bell housing has normal wear/pitting/scuffing/scratching consistent with a part of its age. Ground strap screw has broken off and can be seen in last picture. These screws are common to break and can be easily redrilled for a new screw. Part is fully operational. These bell housings have gone through a few changes over the years so the original part number is 41646A9 which supersedes to part # 8M0181912. The number 866457A01 is also valid according to Mercruiser. It lists for about $1100 new from dealer. Number 41646-C7 is also cast into the part. This is the bell housing with the insert type water hose retainer and has threaded mount holes. PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE THIS IS THE PART YOU NEED BY CHECKING THESE POINTS. Water hose mount can be retrofitted if need be. These were used on many transom assemblies over the years from early 2000s until almost present. This one came from a 2016 boat that lived its entire life on a freshwater Orlando chain of lakes and has never seen salt water. The bell housing you see pictured is the actual bell housing you will receive with nothing extra.
