Falco.Professionally framed and matted. The frame is a green metal. Goes well with the colors in the lithograph. There are some places where the painthas rubbed off of the frame.There are some little dots on the margin. They look to be on the glass, notthe mat. Not 100% sure. You can take it apart and clean the glass or evenchange the mat if you would like.It measures 24 1/2" x 21 1/2" x 3/4".I have seen these sell for several hundreds of dollars.
