Description: The book is in very good condition, especially considering its age. There is some very mild wear to the cover just due to basic use, age, or shelf wear. There were a couple pages in the very front of the book that apparently had some small tears that were repaired with tape (see pics.). There were a couple of openings where the binding is a tad loose (see pics). Overall, the binding is good. It is just at a couple of particular openings. It is very mild, but I wanted to mention it.
