It starts out as a box made with new lightweight wood. I then distress, antique and age the wood to look just like the Call of Duty Zombies Box seen in game. This real life mini random weapon crate features rope handles, fake rusty metal hinges on top and more. You’ll notice the markings seen on the inside and outside of the box in game. This box is heavily inspired by the older version seen in game in WaW, Black Ops I and Black Ops 2. You'll also see other details such as dirt, scratches, cracks and even the bullet holes seen on the box in the game. It also sports a real rusty metal latch closure. After painting is completed I protect everything with several coats of a protective clear coat.SIZE: The external outside dimensions of this box when closed measure about 14" long x 4.5" wide and about 4" deep. PREMIUM SOUNDS: This version of the box features the premium sound device normally found only in our larger version. This is currently the only miniature version of the box featuring the better sound device! It is powered by by 3 AAA batteries which are included with your purchase. The box plays 2 different versions of the jingle. It plays the normal song twice. Every third play, the box will play the dreaded teddy bear laughter version heard when the box disappears and relocates. The batteries and sound module are concealed behind the magnetic lid panel in the top of the box. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ECONOMY SOUNDS AND PREMIUM SOUNDS?: From time to time I sell a slightly more affordable version of the mini box with "economy sounds" built in instead of the premium sound device. What's the difference?The boxes with the custom made premium sound device feature better sound quality than the economy box. There is less hissing background noise. Also the premium sound device loops through two different versions of the box music. The premium sound module is the same one that is normally only found in my larger more expensive box. It plays the normal jingle two opens, or activations, in a row. The third box opening or third button push will play the normal jingle followed by the teddy bear laughter and the "BYE BYE" heard when the dreaded teddy bear appears and the box relocates. Unlike the economy version, there's no need to let the music play completely. The sounds can be stopped at any point by pressing the button. Pressing the button again starts the next jingle. The economy sound device plays only one version of the box jingle. Sounds play when the box is opened or when the button is pressed. Once sounds start playing the music must play completely once. You cannot stop the music until it is done playing. The sound quality is good but not as clear as the sounds found in the premium sound device.
