COA signed by Robert Miller, renown world's #1 expert on collectable M.I. Hummel items. Puppy Love was first modeled by Master Sculptor Arthur Möeller in 1935, and was part of the original 46 pieces offered to the public. It was also one of the first ten models shown by Goebel at the Liepzig Fair in Germany that same year. It was retired in 1988 which is stated in the COA. M.I. Hummel signature is on the base and it has the Missing Bee Mark (TMK6) on the underside. It is also stamped Goebel W. Germany in Blue. Figurine is in MINT condition, no cracks, chips or crazing.
