While we definitely recommend this yeast for any grain-based whiskey mash, it will also do very well in a traditional moonshine mash mix of corn and sugar. Furthermore, each packet contains all the nutrients it needs so that no yeast nutrient has to be purchase separately, as is often recommended with plain yeast. Each packet should be enough to easily and quickly ferment a 5-6.5 gallon mash. MoonshineDistiller.com has chosen FedEx as our preferred shipping provider. Generally, products are shipped out in corrugated cardboard packaging, with a cushioning space-filler to protect the products. If two very large items are ordered, they may be shipped in separate boxes.
